CAMPING

Joining for both days of The Agroforestry Show?


Take the opportunity to pitch your tent or park your campervan at the farm!
 

Camping Booking

  • Camping can be booked via the ticket page at the time of booking.

  • Camping tickets are per person, not per pitch, and cover stays from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th September.

  • The campsite is managed separate to The Agroforestry Show by Helen Browning's Organics

  • Campsite bookings are non-refundable

Campsite Opening hours

  • Camp site opens 4pm Tuesday 5th September 

  • Camp site closes 11am Friday 8th September

 

Campsite Rules

  • Please leave 6 meters between tents or units and try to keep tents all on one side of the field close to hedge

  • Please don’t use BBQs, gas powered lamps, fire pits in the camping field.

  • Please do not move your vehicles between 7.30 am and 8.00pm at night on Wednesday and Thursday. If you need to be back later leave the car in the car park. Access will be restricted during Weds evening

  • Respect other campsite users and please be quiet after 10pm

  • Please note there will be live music playing in the main event area on Wednesday 6th September till around 10.30pm

Facilities

  • There are chemical toilets provided and showers in a portable block.

  • There are no facilities for emptying your own chemical toilets.

  • There is no power supply or electric hook ups. There is no lighting so remember to bring a torch.

  • There is water supply at two standpipes so you will need a water carrier

  • The campsite is a grass field adjacent to the show. It has been kept free of livestock for 6 weeks

  • Food can be purchased at Helen Browning’s Royal Oak in Bishopstone village

    • (transport often available via Land Rover service call 01793 790481, see if LR available, always reward driver with a tip)

  • The Flying Pig on site at the show will be open during event hours and at breakfast weds-friday

  • Please leave 6 meters between tents or units and try to keep tents all on one side of the field close to hedge
