Coming from a family that has farmed tree crops in Kent for generations Tom specialises in hazelnuts, having undertaken a Churchill Fellowship to research their production internationally. Tom is also a committee member for the Kentish Cobnut Association, whose mission is to conserve and promote British hazelnuts.
