Secretary and Adviser to the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers since 1995 dealing with practical and policy questions in all parts of the UK, liaising with governments and other bodies over developing issues. Has written and spoken widely on tenancy, land use, taxation, environmental and other subjects. Co-author of Agricultural Valuations and other texts, including TRIG’s guidance on woodland planning by willing tenants and landlords.
