Tom is founding Director of 3Keel; consistently positioned on the Financial Times' list of top sustainability consultancies. Tom previously managed a farm in Oxfordshire, and worked on ancient forest restoration. Tom is outgoing Chair of the Soil Association Land Trust, which owns Woodoaks Farm - host of the Agroforestry Show 2025.
