Kate Russell co-founded Tellus Natural Capital Ltd in 2021 as an independent natural capital consultancy to help farmers and landowners prepare for and access emerging markets in ecosystem services. She advises clients on BNG, nutrient neutrality, carbon & natural flood management and is supporting several Landscape Recovery and NEIRF projects.
