Janie Caldbeck works as part of the Agricology team and the Organic Research Centre's agroforestry team. A key component of her work is helping to bridge the gap between research and what's going on out in the fields. She works closely with farmers helping to communicate the many practical challenges they face and the benefits of applying agroecological practices.
