Jamie Rickerby is a pioneer in willow cultivation, with 12 years' expertise in harvesting, biomass production, and planting stock. He collaborates with top academic and research institutions, driving government-led projects through the DESNZ Biomass Feedstocks Innovation Programme. Jamie spearheads developing tracked harvesting and robotic equipment to upscale willow operations, while also exploring diverse uses for willow, including bedding, compost, fodder, and potential methane reduction.
