Working on agri-environment schemes in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire I quickly became interested in traditional orchards. I spent 15 years advising on traditional orchard silvopasture systems. I planted my own orchard 16 years ago which is my own experimental plot. I am passionate about Perry Pears, making my own Perry.
