11th September

Reforest Training Hub

The quickest wins for agroforestry are often the hedges, shelterbelts and trees found on field boundaries. This session will introduce how to maintain and enhance this incredible on farm tree resource to get the most out of its potential to support the farm and its business. We will discuss practical steps in valorising existing hedgerows and creating new ones and will signpost people to sources of further guidance, work that highlights their value for wildlife, and analysis showing where hedgerows should be restored for national impact on society and the economy.
