Camping Booking

Camping can be booked via eventbrite above at the time of booking.

Camping tickets are per person, not per pitch, and cover stays from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th September.

The campsite is managed separate to The Agroforestry Show by Helen Browning's Organics

Campsite Rules
-
Please leave 6 meters between tents or units and try to keep tents all on one side of the field close to hedge

Please don’t use BBQs, gas powered lamps, fire pits in the camping field.

Please do not move your vehicles between 7.30 am and 8.00pm at night on Wednesday and Thursday. If you need to be back later leave the car in the car park. Access will be restricted during Weds evening

Respect other campsite users and please be quiet after 10pm

Facilities
-
There are chemical toilets provided and showers in a portable block.

There are no facilities for emptying your own chemical toilets.

There is no power supply or electric hook ups. There is no lighting so remember to bring a torch.

There is water supply at two standpipes so you will need a water carrier
-
The campsite is a grass field adjacent to the show. It has been kept free of livestock for 6 weeks

Food can be purchased at Helen Browning’s Royal Oak in Bishopstone village

(transport often available via Land Rover service call 01793 790481, see if LR available, always reward driver with a tip)

The Flying Pig on site at the show will be open during event hours and at breakfast weds-friday

BASIS CPD POINTS
The Agroforestry Show is registered for 10 BASIS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points (equivalent of 5 per day). The event is also registered for 2 BASIS NRoSO CPD points (equivalent of 1 per day).
Please register at the welcome and registration desk at the show to claim your points.

Ticket refund policy
​
• All sales are non-refundable
​
• If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the next event date.
​
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. This must be requested by emailing info.farmingandlanduse@soilassociation.org on or before Monday 28th August at the latest.
​
• If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
